If you’re interested in staying at Sunnyside in Weymouth please check availability on our calendar below. It is updated weekly so although not 100% accurate, its pretty close! Then drop us a note with your preferred dates or with any questions you may have about what Weymouth has to offer, or more about the house.
Pricing is based on 3, 4 and 7 nights for ease, however, feel free to enquire with your specific dates. We have a minimum of 2 nights for the majority of the year, however, some peak season may require a longer stay. There is no set check in / check out day.

Payment Terms
50% due to secure your booking. Final balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
As long as these milestones are met we are happy for guests to pay in instalments, just let us know at time of booking. Our preferred method of payment is via bank transfer (BACS), however, we can also take card payments via a secure link.
Cancellation Policy
In the unfortunate event you can no longer make your holiday at Sunnyside, the following cancellation policy will apply. Please note as with all events it is highly recommended that you have your own appropriate insurance.
- Within 2 weeks of arrival date – no refund given
- 2 – 4 weeks of arrival date – 50% refund
- Over 4 weeks of arrival date – full refund
We will do our best to rebook cancelled dates – see T&C’s for more information. Where insurance claims are involved we will provide any booking information required to support your claim.
Key Points of our T&C’s
To ensure Sunnyside is a good match for your holiday we have pulled out a couple of key points from our T&C’s that you may wish to consider prior to booking:
- Be respectful to our neighbours, no parties or events, no unregistered guests without permission
- * No charging electric cars, scooters, bikes or similar items at the property
- * No resale of holiday in the event you cannot attend.
- * Doggies! We appreciate this might not suit everyone’s needs, however, we believe this provides a good balance to those guests with and without furry friends 🙂
- – Please cover sofa with blankets (we have them available for your use or you can bring your own)
- – Strictly no dogs upstairs, we provide a stairgate to assist
- – Mustn’t be left in property unattended (without prior discussion / permission)
